We have a fear of discomfort. There is an extreme feeling in ones mind when it comes to life, health, work and relationships that we don’t want to sweat or strain. The feeling of growth and accomplishment is one of the best sensations a person can experience. However most individuals, for whatever reason, avoid anything that is uncomfortable. This is illogical. When you achieve success and overcome hurdles, it’s all connected to discomfort. Discomfort is actually your friend. With discomfort, you will start to feel momentum. Once you have momentum, you will start to look forward to the next step. In time, resistance will be much weaker and in return your motivation grows stronger. My programs are based on consistency. Without consistency, therein lies the possibility for you to slack off and this will produce mediocre results in all aspects of your life. What path are you going to take? It’s your choice to enhance the experience that you are currently involved in on earth. You are alive and you are experiencing life, but are you experiencing it optimally?
